Working in pairs, you will learn to create:
Torta di farro (Tuscany-inspired spelt tart), Malloreddus alla campidanese (Sardinian pasta with sausage and tomato), Trota comasca (Lake Como–style trout with herbs and citrus) and Polacca aversana (Custard-filled brioche from Campania.
You will have the opportunity to taste your creations at the chef's table, or take them home to enjoy if you prefer.
You will also be given your very own copy of Gennaro’s book, Hidden Italy.
